Anda punya masalah dengan pori yang besar dan terbuka? Coba sour cream (susu asam). Caranya, ambil sour cream secukupnya dan lumurkan ke wajah dan leher. Lima belas menit kemudian, cuci wajah dan leher hingga bersih. Dengan perawatan yang teratur, pori-pori akan mengecil dan kulit akan bersinar.

3. Buttermilk

Susu terbukti ampuh mengurangi iritasi kulit, meringankan bintik-bintik merah (padabayi), mengurangi reaksi alergi pada kulit dan membantu menyembuhkan luka. Jika Anda menderita iritasi atau kulit sensitif, lumurkan saja susu manis atau asam, baik krim atau buttermilk. Biarkan kering sendiri.

4. Mandi susu

Cara ini sudah dikenal masyarakat banyak. Anda bisa menambahkan secangkir susu instan bubuk ke dalam air mandi. Inilah salah satu cara memberikan nutrisi kepada kulit dan melembutkannya. Cleopatra, kabarnya, tak lupa menambahkan susu unta segar ke dalam air sebelum mandi.

5. Scrubbing dengan susu

Tak ada yang lebih baik untuk scrubbing dan pengelupasan kulit selain melarutkan sedikit garam dalam air mendidih dan menambahkan empat cangkir susu instan tanpa lemak ke dalamnya. Tunggu hingga air hangat kuku. Setelah itu, berendamlah selama 20 menit dan lakukan scrubbing dengan loofah. Ini salah satu cara mengangkat sel-sel kulit mati dan membuat tubuh dan kulit menjadi lebih putih dan bersih.
